To log in to the system if you have forgotten your password and user name
- Note If you are not a registered user, see To register in the system.
- 1. Go to www.broward.org/careers. The Broward County Careers Window appears.
- 2. In the lower right-hand corner, click the word “<click>”. The Log In Window appears.
- 3. In the right pane, click the Forgot your password? link. The Forgot Your Password Window appears.
- 4. Click the Forgot your user name? link. The Forgot Your User Name Window appears.
- 5. Type in the requested information:
- Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number
- Month of Birth
- Day of Birth
- First 2 Letters of Last Name at Birth
- 6. Click Submit when you are done typing in the information. One of the following will happen:
- If your account information was located in the system, a message appears indicating your registered user name.
- If your account information was not found, you will need to register as a new user. Continue by following the procedure To register in the system.
- 7. On the left navigation bar, click Register or Log In. The Log In Window appears.
To log out of the system
On the Left Navigation Bar, click Log Out. You are logged out of the system and the Broward County Careers Window appears.
