To log in to the system if you have forgotten your password

Note If you are not a registered user, see To register in the system.

1. Go to www.broward.org/careers. The Broward County Careers Window appears.

2. In the lower right-hand corner, click the word “<click>”. The Log In Window appears.

3. In the right pane, click the Forgot your password? link. The Forgot Your Password Window appears.

4. Type in your user name.

5. Click Submit. One of the following will happen:

• If your user name was located, the window shows your password question in the secret question box and more questions for you to answer. Proceed to step 6.
• If your user name was incorrect, continue by following the procedure To log in to the system if you have forgotten your password and user name.

6. In the secret answer box, type in the answer to your password question.

7. Type in a new password.

Note For security reasons, you are required to change your password even if you answer the password question correctly. This protects you and the other users of this system.

8. Click Submit. The Log In Window appears.

9. Log in using your newly created password along with your user name.
