To create your profile by selecting a job category


1. Go to www.broward.org/careers.
2. In the “Talented People… Sunsational Careers” section, click Select a Job Category. The Select a Job Category Window appears.
3. Select one or more job categories that best describe you.
4. Click Next to proceed. The Skills Window (1 of 2) window appears showing all skills associated with the selected job categories that you might want to select.
5. Select skills you have from the Recommended Skills list on the left.
6. Click Add Skills. The Skills Window (2 of 2) updates showing the skills you added in the My Skills list on the right.
7. For each skill, select your years of experience and interest in using skill.
Note This information is saved as your personal “profile” so you do not need to provide it again, but you can return any time to add, change, or delete any of these skills.
