This window allows you to change your secret question or secret answer.

Note You cannot change your user name!

• User Name information—The registered user name for this Candidate.
• Secret Question list—Select a question from the list that can be used to verify your identity if you forget your password. Choices are: City You Were Born In, Favorite Teacher, Mother’s Maiden Name, Pet’s Name, and Street You Grew Up On.
• Secret Answer box—Type in the answer to the secret question you selected.
• Depending on what you’re currently doing in the system, one or more of these functions may be available:
  • Cancel button—Click to close this window without making any changes.
  • Save and Exit button—Click to save/submit any modifications you have made. The Candidate’s Application History Window appears.
  • Contact Details button—Click to view your contact information. The Contact Information Window appears.
